We are a UK based software company that for the last eight years have built and developed a range of software programs to track people and resources on and off your site.
Ten years ago this was a very new process and most companies only used a visitor book to record a visit, then issued keys or had key pads to let people in the building.
Things have changed, and now most companies have Access Control Systems and computerised Visitor Systems.
Accessit have also changed, and we are one of the few companies in the UK to integrate all your access systems into one database for ease of use, training, maintenance and lower costs. This process gives you one control point to all the functions across the network, with as many work stations as you choose accessing the information, and also has a web front end if required.

Using our own software we front a full Access Control System looking after many different doors with numerous types of readers. Working with an SQL client server database, this system can fully integrate with all of your data sources.

Over 125,000 people each week utilise our very successful and straightforward Visitor Management booking system. The many features include, badge design, multi printer options, various databases, network option, multi users and many other features.

Developed with Coca Cola, this new product ensures your company cannot breach the rules regarding contractors on site. We are the only company that will ensure only approved contractors who have been through the full evaluation process are allowed to be booked on to site.
Resource Manager
Carefully plan and book the use of all types of resources on your premises, including car parks spaces, rooms, projectors, catering etc. Provisional bookings can be made on the web or intranet.
Construction Site Control
By working on some of the biggest sites in the country we have developed a comprehensive construction site package to monitor all staff on site, recording key data such as Construction Industry Standard, induction date, local work force, training, and First Aiders. Linked to Access Control (via turnstiles or pass doors), you can be sure you know who is on site.
